WOD 083111

We’ve done one or two MobilityWOD-related movements during our warm-up, but I want to start incorporating them more.  Depending on my diligence I’m going to shoot for 2-3 MWOD warm-ups a week.  As the name suggests; this is going to help with our overall mobility, flexibility and will improve performance during our WODs.

Eight rounds for max reps of:
75 pound Push press, 20 seconds 10 seconds rest
Jumping alternating lunges, 20 seconds Rest 10 seconds
